It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or a commitment to deliver any specific product, feature, or timeline unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

No legal, regulatory, or compliance advice

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, accounting, or compliance advice. References to frameworks, supervisory expectations, or industry practice are illustrative. Institutions remain solely responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations, due diligence, and use of any TiZNO offering under contract.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, page layout, and branding—are owned by TiZNO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for temporary browsing copies, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data connected to the site, or probe, scan, or test vulnerability without authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service style activity or excessive automated requests).
• Scrape, harvest, or extract site content through automated means for commercial redistribution or competitive benchmarking, except to the extent necessarily performed by standard search engine indexing as permitted by robots configuration.
• Misrepresent affiliation with TiZNO or use the site to transmit malware, spam, or deceptive communications.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiZNO disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the site will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TiZNO and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the public website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

For direct damages arising solely from use of this informational website (and not from a separate commercial agreement), TiZNO’s aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. The courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the public website, subject to any mandatory provisions of law that cannot be waived.
